Before my postpartum weight loss journey, I felt lost in my body and knew I was ready to make a change. This developed my coaching style of empowering women to put time back into themselves and create a balanced lifestyle. My clients receive a customized program that focuses on workout and nutrition options they love and fit into their schedules so they can stay consistent. Ultimately making progress towards their goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way.

As someone who has personally lost 85 lbs postpartum, I know what it takes to make a true lifestyle change. Now as a NASM certified personal trainer & ProNatal Fitness Pre/Postnatal specialist, I help women lose weight so they can become their best selves. My coaching focuses on teaching the tools needed to make mindset changes to develop sustainable habits. My goal for my clients is to help them achieve a lifestyle change that empowers them to flourish in all other aspects of their lives.

What is your pricing?

Pricing will depend on your goals and how long it will take you to reach them! You can expect to pay anywhere from $5 - $7 a day. If you pick a longer commitment period, you will get a lower price. Payments are due on a monthly or bi-weekly basis on whatever billing date works best for you. My team tries our best to work around your financial needs because I want to make sure as many people as possible have access to my coaching.

What is the time commitment?

Hannah customizes your coaching to fit into your lifestyle. At the beginning of your journey, you will fill out a client questionnaire giving Hannah all the background that she needs to create you a custom plan that works around how much time you can dedicate to your goals. Hannah specializes in at home workouts with minimal equipment that can be done during nap time or whenever you can squeeze it in. Hannah uses family friendly, simple meals that are non-restrictive and balanced, so that you do not have to spend extra time making yourself a separate meal from your kids and/or partner.

Can I do this program if I am trying to get pregnant, currently pregnant, recently postpartum or breastfeeding?

Yes! Hannah has experience working with women through conception, every stage of pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. Your program will be completely customized by Hannah based on your current needs, limitations, history and lifestyle. Our team gathers all this information during your free consultation call and in your onboarding form and Hannah will continue to adjust your program as you enter different stages.

How often will I be speaking to Hannah?

Hannah is here to support you at the frequency that you need to be successful. At the bare minimum, you and Hannah will be connecting once a week via her weekly check-in form. The check-in is designed to make sure that you are on track to hit your goals and still enjoying the journey. Outside of the weekly check-in, you have 24/7 access to the chat feature in the app that Hannah monitors daily on weekdays. You also might hear from her assistant coach on some occasions!

How soon can I expect to see results?

My program is a balanced, sustainable lifestyle change- not a quick fix. The first result you can expect is to FEEL a difference- your energy levels, mood, ability to show up for yourself & others. Then you can expect to SEE a difference- your scale going down, a difference in your progress photos & your clothes fitting differently! Eventually others will start to see a difference in your physique and confidence. Because there are multiple phases of the process, I ask all my clients to commit to at least four months with me so that they can trust the process as much as I do.
